Ovulation usually occurs 12-14 days after the start of your period. There are a few ways to track this. You can use a calendar online or offline to count the days. You can use the ovulation predictor kits which you uribate one and if you have a surge in hormones it will show whether you are fertile (ovulating) at that time or not. You can take your basal temperature which is a way of tracking ovulation.
