pain and frequent urination. can anyone help?

So for the past week or so Ive been having this weird "pain" in my vagina it seems. The pain makes me always feel the urge to pee, and so when i do go pee, i only go a tiny bit because it happens so often, and it somewhat burns when i do urinate. The pain consists through out the day and I can barely sleep because its a real pain/itching feeling, and the feeling that i always have to pee. Also I have noticed my urine somewhat smells bad and is a more yellowish color than normal on some occassions. Maybe that has a factor in it also. Can anyone help me and tell me maybe what is going on with me?

Time to see a doctor. I agree it is a Uti and you will need some medication to take care of it. Cranberry juice and water are good to drink to help it but at this stage I think it is time for the medication. Just a side note; many people who take antibiotics will also be prone to a yeast infection so if you are one of those people you need to let your doctor know when he puts you on the antibiotic.

I agree it is a UTI you should drink plenty of water and cranberry juice helps, but you will also need antibiotics most likely for a 7 - 10 day course

It sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection (UTI).  This is something that will not go away on its own and will need a course of antibiotics to clear up.  You will need to go to the doctor for treatment.
