painful burning inside vagina

About 3 weeks ago i had unprotected sex with a guy that i have known for about a year. Everything seemed ok until i had sex with my Husband (we are seperated) about a week ago, it hurt and now it is very itchy and burns inside the vagina.  I am very prone to yeast infections because i am diabetic and started using an over the counter yeast infection cream. It has sort of helped the burning and the itch but its not totally gone. Also i have what seems to bea small tear at the bottom of my vagina and 2 little lumps along my hair line at the top of my vagine (I was also swimming in a lake that had duck mites and am not sure if thats whta the bumps could be) I have no chunky discharge but rather a light milky one. Any insight would be great

I'VE HAD THIS BURNING DISCONFORT IN MY VULVA. IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR 3 OR 4 MONTH.  I'VE HAD SEVERAL TEST TAKEN AND EVERYTHING COMES OUT NEGATIVE.
MY GYN CUT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY LIPS, I HAD A URINE TEST AND IT SHOWS ALL NEGATIVE.  WHAT IS THIS/?.

it sounds like a std you need to get checked and have your husband tested too.if it is a std and you wait to long you may end up with pelvic inflammitory disease, which can make you sterile.

I had that problem before i had my hysterectomy 2 wks ago, the pathology report showed a condition called cervicitis to be my reason for burning and itching so badly, you might want to look in to gettign it checked soon.

Gosh, that's a tough one. Kinda sounds like a YI or maybe herpes (bumps)?? or perhaps a UTI?

I would just go to the dr and check it out. That's what there for and they do not judge you (if that's what ur worried about).

Hope you get some relief soon.
