painfull menstruation

Hy! I,ve been having these strong cramps during my period nd they r so strong dat I sumtyms can't walk or pee nd I,ve tried using neurofen period pains bt it doesn't help either.I'm so much in pain during dat time of de month.pls help wat can I use 2 eas de pain because I hate it whn I hv 2 explain to people what's rong cause I can't hide the ppain

first off how old are you? Secondly, did you know that as you get older most women get stronger and stronger menstrual cramps? Also have you been sexually active with or without protection? You may be having a miscarriage.
