I HAVE THE PRECANCEROUS CELLS.  I DIDN'T HAVE AN ABNORMAL PAP UNTIL I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT.  6 WEEKS AFTER HAVING MY LITTLE GIRL I WENT IN AND SHE DID A PAP AND IT CAME BACK NORMAL, BUT I WENT THIS WEEK TO HAVE THE COLPOSCOPY (SP?) DONE TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT.  I FIND OUT IN TWO WEEKS THE RESULTS AND IF THERE ARE STILL SOME THEN I HAVE TO HAVE DONE WHAT YOU ARE HAVING DONE.  BUT EVERYONE IS RIGHT THIS IS VERY COMMON.  GOOD LUCK!

I too had the pre-can cells and was SUPPOSed to have the loop. BUuuut...I got pregnant and then did not have it. I asked my ob to wait and he said okay and a lot of times the cells are cleaned out when you deliver..and my first pap after the baby...all clear.
I am due for my second now..but am kinda putting it off a little in hopes we get pg and then I can go...

Good luck to you...I just wanted you to know that this is common unfortunately.  I just thank god they have a vaccine to help stop hpv now.
