pelvic pain constant urination

I have been having irregular periods ever since the birth of my son 2 yrs ago. I have also been having pelvic pain it feels like a small stabbing and pulling pain. The pain escalates into my legs.I have had cts and ultrasounds and they came back fine. I do have uterine cancer in my family. My concern is I feel like I have to urinate every hour sometimes I get up 6 times a night to go to the bathroom I am just wondering if this is bladder or pelvic problem. Has anyone ever had these symptoms?

Does the frequent urination get worse during the days right before AF arrives? It could be endometriosis.

I had pain in my overies and pain in my vaginal area. I urinated a lot also. I went in and had a ultrasound done to look for cysts on my overies. It turned out I had a huge 8 cm cyst and they had to do a hystorectomy. I would suggest going in and having them check again, sometimes they don't appear right away and take time to grow. I had pelvic pain and pain on my right side as well, painful periods and sometimes very long ones as well. Your health is nothing to mess with and do whatever you have to in order to get the answers you need. If one doctor doesn't find anything, try another until you get a diagnosis. Good Luck...
