My period is on april the 10,arond March 21,22 and 23 I was spotting but it was something clear....Right now my breast hurt alot and my lower back.My asthma is also getting bad and I get really tired and I just want to sleep.

Do you think my asthma attack and the mild pain in my lower back and fatigue is due that my period will show up soon?

My period is still irregular. When I got my last period it was later than usual. Should I get it earlier this time? I want to get it as soon as possible before my big event this weekend. How can i tell that it's coming?

No crash diet...

I had a bypass like 4 yrs ago ( lost over 100 pounds).I lose weight very slowly due to my severe asthma ( In the pass I took a lot of cortizon)
What made the difference is that I'm doing lots of walking, biking, playing volleyball...( the shopping part was a joke, lol)

I eat more often but in small quantity ( doesnt have to be meals all the time,I have my 3 meals of the day but its really not alot, and I have small "break time" in between, eating fruits, veggies and LOTS of WATER)

My asthma is better than before it's only these days that it was acting up (it's been over 2 yrs that I dont take cortizon now)I'm so happy...

Oh, good.  I just know too many girls who crash diet and it ends up hurting them in the long run.  You also would want to tell whatever doc you find that you've had that bypass.  I'd ask them their opinion since now your body is taking in half the nutrients it used to before the surgery which would affect the baby's growth, but I'm sure they'll just give you some high dose of prenatal vitamins to take when you do conceive.  Hey, there's another thought, you might start taking prenatal vitamins if you don't already to make sure your body is in the best nutritional position it can be in, this might also help you conceive.  A healthy body is a fertile body, I would think.  You can buy prenatal vitamins at any drug store (they're just regular vitamins with 100% of folic acid), or you can get them prescribed by your doctor.  Hey, it can't hurt.  Have fun making that baby!!!

See, I knew I'd be wrong about the overweight thing.  Anyway, if you are having normal periods, then you are ovulating regularly, so there would be no need to put you on any treatment.  Also, it would also depend on how long you've been trying to conceive.  Doctor's typically won't put you on any infertility medication until you've been trying for a year or more without success.  It would be to your benefit to get those ovulation predictor kits and starting tracking your temperatures every morning before you get out of bed.  This will determine exactly when you ovulate for the best results.  I'm sure there are lots of good doctors out there that are experienced with women who have asthma and are trying to get pregnant, so I'm sure you'll be able to find one.  Congrats on the 20 pounds, that's a lot of weight for one month though, even for exercising and eating right.  You're not doing any crash dieting are you?  I know when I would go on the atkins diet, I would lost 10 pounds every 2 weeks at first, but it's really unhealthy for you, especially if you're trying to get pregnant.  What kind of food are you eating, or what kind of plan are you on?

Cool!
I'm already working on it (the loosing weight part)
For the last month I lost 20 pounds!!!
Eating healthy,walking alot (shopping,lol)
I'm 26 yrs old,I want to have a child before I turn 30!!!

By the way my period is regular,(maybe one or 2 days differents but usually it's regular)

Do you think if my dr puts me under a treatment where I can ovulate reguraly will help me? (By the way,I have to look for a good Dr. with my asthma and my overweight problem,I must find someone who will be brave enough to help me,lol)

Can I assume by your name that you were born in 1988, which would make you 17-18?  If so, I just wanted to tell you I went through the same thing at your age (25 now).  I had actually been on birth control pills since I started my period at 14, but I wasn't regular.  So, the pills regulated me.  When I turned 18, I started having break through bleeding in between periods, even though I had been on the same pill for 4 years and it always worked.  Something internal happens around this age and the balance between your estrogen and progesterone just changes for some reason.  We had to change bcp brands about 3-4 times before we found the right balance to keep me from break through bleeding.  If you are having irregular periods, you might speak with your gynecologist about birth control pills, unless you are trying to make a baby.  When I finally got off the pill after 10 years of use, I was regular and had 8 normal cycles before getting pregnant (I only tried to conceive for 2 of those months though, it didn't take me 8 months to do so).  Good luck and HTH!

I've been going through something similar.  I used to be able to set my watch to my period(every 28 days)...it was great.  Then about a year ago it started coming anywhere from 22 to 27 days...never knew.  Then for a couple of months it got a little more regular...every 26 days.  Then in December I got it twice...again in January.  In February I got it a day early, then this month I got it 3 days early and then got it a second time.  The second time, the first day was bad, but the other 2 or 3 were just spotting.  Is there any reason for this hormonal imbalance?

I used to work in IVF and being overweight is actually a big cause of infertility, if you are overweight your hormones will not be regualar and that will cause you to not ovulate regually and also cause the symptoms you are describing. If you lose the weight you will drastically increase your chances of pregnancy. Good luck

Milky white discharge is normal.  Especially if it was slightly watery and not thick.  This is your most fertile time to make a baby and you should have sex as much as possible during this time.  You could be experiencing pre-pregnancy symptoms, especially since fatigue is one of the most common early signs.  But remember, lots of pre-pregnancy symptoms are identical to PMS symptoms including sore breasts, irritability, headaches, etc.  I've never heard of being overweight being a reason for infertility, but I could be wrong.  #1 cause of inability to conceive is timing problems (catching the egg).  If you're having trouble, make sure you know when you ovulate by using ovulation predictor kits, basal body temperature charting, and checking cervical mucus.  These will help you track when you are ovulating so you can catch the egg better.  Remember, you need to have had sex two-three days before you ovulate to increase your chance of pregnancy.  HTH

It is like a milky discharge,no blood. That was around the 21,22 and 23...
Right now I only have the mild pain and my asthma thats acting up oh and headache.I'm trying to get preggo but with no success,(maybe because I'm overweight)

I'm counting the minutes to leave (I'm at work and I just cant concentrat,I'm sooo tired)
Per example,I went to sleep at 7pm woke up at 6:30 and went back to bed because I was feeling really tired and sleepy.

By the way thanks for your help.

So, your period is due april 10th?  And you had some slight spotting on March 21st - 23rd?  If your period isn't due until April 10th, then you shouldn't start until then.  Sounds like you might have a hormone imbalance.  It's very normal and it happened to me as well.  The levels of progesterone and estrogen in your body aren't quite even which causes you to spot in between periods.  Birth control pills can help regulate your body if you aren't trying to get pregnant.  Or, you could have ovulation bleeding, I've heard of it.  When you say it was clear, was there any blood in it or did you have completely clear discharge?  That's your normal cycle if it was clear, you tend to produce more fluid in the middle of your period to help fertilization of the egg.  If you can clarify some of the problem, I might be able to suggest more.
