Hi there :)

You didn't say which side the pain was or whether it was upper or lower abdomen pain ?

Things on the right side include pancreatitis , appendicitis etc
both of which could be classed as very urgent

On the left or right it could be kidney stones or twisted ovary or burst cyst

There are other things it could be too but the best thing is to go to the emergency room straight away .....they will give you pain relief for a start !!! and they will get you checked out with x-rays and scans pretty quickly .

You need to have this done there is no other way to find out what it is as there are too many things with similar symptoms to yours

Your body is trying to tell you something don't ignore it there is always pain for a reason.

good luck and don't forget to post how you get on.

If it's really difficult for you to walk, I would go to the emergency room. I have no idea what it could be, because it could be so many different things. As for it being pregnancy, yes, it could be that, but chances are probably low if you're taking your birth control properly.

That said, please call your doctor first, and ask what to do.

Hugs,
