I think when a woman is financially independent of her parents, has completed school post high school (either college or job training) and has begun their career. I think it is always best to be in a stable and committed relationship as well. These things lead to the best of circumstances for a baby. So, in the mid 20's and beyond in my opinion is the time to begin thinking about a child for a couple. luck to all
