I'm the same way, sometimes i think my fiancee and kids hate me, I get told i should be on Valum sometimes, I say go for walks, find something you like to do that calms you, I love to do scrapbooks and I've noticed it keeps me calm for a few hours, or going outside for walks. I don't rely on meds to make my moods better, i just try to find things to do that will keep me from blowing up on everyone, sometimes I just need to be alone, a mental break is what i would call it
