normal life

I am 33 years of age, recently I need to operate & removed right overy due to cyst developed in it, & at the same time I had eptopic pregnancy in left falopion tube causes left tube removed on the same operation. I have only son 8 years old. My quaries are,
1) Is there any chance of pregnancy further?
2) Do I need any contraseptive to avoid unwanted pregnancy?
3) I want to enjoy my sextual life like before the operation with my husband, Is there will be any problem that will effect my sextual life?
4) In future will be any hormonal effects that will effect my normal life?

1.  If your right tube is still intact, an egg can travel from the left ovary to the right tube and into the uterus.  So there is a chance of further pregnancy.

2.  You should use contraceptives if you want to avoid pregnancy.

3.  There should be no detriment to your sexual enjoyment.

4.  The ovary that remains will provide hormones in place of the ovary that was removed.
