How many days does it actually take to get pregnant?

You are pregnant from the moment of conception when only one sperm enters and fertilises the egg.

A woman would not know until a few weeks later when a menstrual cycle was missed.  A blood test, urine pregnancy test, or a pregnancy home testing kit would confirm conception of the egg and the pregnancy.

I think 14 days. Depending on when you ovaluate && than conception!!
