I have had an itchy rash for years I was told it was Lichen Simplex Chronicus in the same family of dermatitis and so on but it's worse it never goes away it just came out of nowhere and lives with me now I itch so miserably that I could scream . They had to do a biopsy and send it off to determine what it was, so if the rash continues with no help from OTC medication you will need to see a Derm...best of luck

Sounds like a heat rash.  Fanny cream will clear it up.  Its sold in pharmacys and you have to ask the pharmacist to get it for you, but its not very expensive and clears it up right away.
