really confused

I'm really confused! i haven't had my period in the last two months, yet the two home test and the one doctor visit who tested me said i was healthy and that i was not pregnant. They have just prescribed me medication for intense abdominal pain (on the scale of 1 to 10 it was a 10) and nausia yet they wouldn't answer me if it was something else, the doctors just said "we don't know" or nothing at all with a look on their face like i was lying.
I don't know if i'm pregnant, most likely not because of the negitive pregnancy tests, but i didn't know if it would be something else blocking my tubes, like a fatty cell build up. now my fiancee and I are TTC but we didn't have this problem befor, i've been pretty regular, a few days off because i'm in my early 20's, but i've always had my period.
I do have a history of ovarian and uterian cancer in my family but it wasn't until my mother and grandmother were older in age, my great grandmother died from it but she was 60. I also have a history of diabeties in my family but i've been tested for that and my family doctor says that i'm not diabetic i just wanted to know if there would be another answer or something else to ask to be tested for when i go into my OBGYN. The last time i wen't to the doctor i was told to get a pelvic sonogram done.
The last time i wen't to the OBGYN he said i had irragular cells but said it wasn't cancerious, and that i was healthy. i was on BC but haven't been on it since april 2007. can anyone help?

i just saw my OBGYN and he said that i'm just not ovulating. i was more scared than anything. Everyone who i was talking to, says that i'm not pregnant, which i know that i'm not, but it's even more confusing that i'm not ovulating and i'm a healthy 20 year old

i don't know they just came back and said your healthy not pregnant go home, i never got any answers. i've asked the questions and all they said was 'i don't know'. so it's possible i just wasn't persistant enough, i'm not going to leave my OBGYN's office till i do get at least a sonogram done to see why i'm missing my periods and why i'm in so much pain

Did your doctor do a blood test to check for pregnancy? Or just a urine test? The urine tests they use are pretty much the same as the home pregnancy tests. I have heard of people that have negative urine tests, but positive blood tests.
