red vaginal bumps

I am currently in a monogamous sexual relationship. My partner has no STDs. My last sexual partner was several months ago. Thanks for the input . . . if anyone else has any idea please let me know.  I would go to the doctor but my work schedule is interferring with making an appointment.  The bumps have not popped, really, but they haven't gotten any bigger and they still don't hurt.  Let me know if anyone knows anything different than what's already been said.  Thanks.

i'd get it checked out cause i had the same thing. i thought it was just a pimple but was there for over a week. so when i got tested for stds, it turned out to be herpes type 1, the "cold sore" kind not the genital kind (which is type 2). my last bf didn't have anything and he got tested. my present bf doesn't have any symptoms or cold sores.

My bet is that it's an infected hair follicle.  If it 'pops', then it probably is not an STD.  Obviously, keep and eye on them.  If they continue to arise, see a dr.  I suspect they will heal and go away...just watch them.
