scared to use a tampon

so I have never used a tampon before I usally just wear pads but I am going to the lake and I am on my period but I am scared to put in a tampon because I am afraid it will hurt or it will get stuck because I always hear stories about how when people are trying to take out a tamping it gets stuck.... I am really scared but I know I am going to have to put on in eventually.... HELP PLEASE?!?!?!

No Lol you insert it until the string is hanging out so when you need to change it your just pull the string out. No you gets stuck Lol well I mean it never happened to me or anyone that I know of

okay... have you ever experienced a tamp getting stuck? if so what do you do?

It's actually really easy, you just relax and insert it, then when it's in properly you push up the middle o insert the tamp. I feel pike tamps are really easy and better because you can move freely more then having a pad. HOWEVER I prefer if you are a virgin to not use it.
