question?

Am about to start taking the birth control pills I've never took them before. My question is would it make my menstrual cycle comes on right away?

After the hormones are in your system, you'll typically menstruate at the end of the pack. For the first three months of any oral contraceptive-- even if you are just switching brands-- your period might be irregular (most likely you will just experience "spotting"). Just always be prepared!

And try to take them at the same time everyday... Set an alarm on your phone

You won't get one until you get to the end of the pack.
