Is it at all possible for a women to become pregnant via fingering?

So my girlfriend and I have been in a relationship for some time now, and we have progressed toward knowing each other more physically. We have never had sex, and it is implicit that we should avoid it for the sake of safety.

Recently, we were together, and she gave me a hand job. After a few minutes, I went a cleaned up, using soap and water, and shampoo, and when I came back we spent some more time together, and I proceeded to finger her.

Now here is the question: Is there any legitimate chance that the contact I had with my own semen, some of which landed on my body, might result in her getting pregnant? I am fairly convinced that this is impossible, however, I can't help but entertain some irrational fears.

This was recent enough that there is no reason to think that she's pregnant yet. I'm sure I'm overreacting here, but quite frankly I'm very anxious despite the wealth of evidence. How hard is it to get pregnant in the first place? Assuming unprotected sex, even once, how likely is it that the woman will become pregnant?

I wouldnt worry about it. If you cleaned up ... it would be a freak possibility. Is there any reason to think she is pregnant? My husband and I had unprotected sex lots before we conceived. But dont assume you are safe to do so too. Take precautions, use a condom and the pill, but I think you are fine in this case.
