sick after coming of birth control

I was on the depo shot. I only had one shot. It just wasn't for me. But now that I am off I started my period but am super nauseous and having massive headaches. Did anyone else have this problem? I am 17 and my mom won't take me to the doctor. I'm just worried.

I'd go in myself but I don't have a way there and I have no spare time to get away and go to the doctor:( but I really don't feel good and all my parents say is I'm a faker and to get over it.
