pregnancy question...

how can u tell the difference between being preg and just pms/getting your period soon? i missed my period last month and have been showing signs of being preg (sleeping all the time, back aches, head aches, nausea, etc). I took a hpt in jan when i missed my period and came back neg. But now this week ive been wanting to eat nothing but spaghetti (with weird stuff like steak sauce on it), have been peeing a lot more, and have cramps ( i usually dont get cramps except for one day during my period and these cramps have lasted almost a week). can anyone help me out??

You could be pregnant. You can't really go by the symptoms you are having. It could be the start of your AF or just your body tricking you because it has been on your mind. When you tested, you may have tested too early for it to show up on the test. (even if it was after your missed your AF) I would say take another test. If you still don't get your AF and the test is neg. then get in to see your Dr. to figure out what is going on. Good luck. :)

You can go ahead and test now. If you are in your second month of pregnancy then the test will definatly show if you are or not. Hope you get the results you want!

I wouldnt read too much into the symptoms of pregnancy.  with all three of my pregnancies, the symptoms were exactly the same as AF.  The only way I knew I was pregnant wtih all three was teh extreme fatigue.

Id test again... use first morning urine to be sure.
