I am 41 now. I had three miscarriages in two years. I started taking PregVit vitamins( they are high in folic acid),and stopped worrying about trying to get pregnant. I also stopped worrying about having another miscarriage.
We are due any day now.
My advice would be to stay on pre-natal vitamins, try not to stress...stay positive and try and keep the past in the past...and when you do get pregnant again, which you both will, talk to your doctor...there are medications that can help to reduce your risk of miscarriage (depending on the causes),and he/she may suggest to take it easy for the first trimester.
I wish you both luck and am sending baby dust your way.
