Does your Mackenzie go by Kenzie too?  Mine is too funny.  She is six.  Some days she prefers to be called Mackenzie, other days it's Kenzie, Kenz or Macky.

i suggest making an appointment with your GYN to see if you have a cyst.

I have a hernia. mine is in my belly button area. When i pull it, it feels like I have terrible heartburn. It is difficult for me to breath, too. I don't know exactly why though. My stomach will swell like crazy. it will be hard and solid. In other words - when I sit, my rolls don't roll. I look like i am pregnant too. I can't even button my jeans with out pain. I have terrible gas like pains in my stomach. I found mine doing sit-up's one day. It looked like an alien was in there trying to get out. Hope you don't have one, but that's what it sounds like to me.

Is it possible you have a hiatal hernia?  I had similar symptoms and found out I have one.  Pretty much, your stomach is pushed up into your diaphram.  This can cause breathing difficulties and heartburn.
