struggles

I am 15 years old and I have always been over weight. I have been to the doctor about it and have changed my eating habits. I work out every other day but no big results have yet accured. can someone give me some advice or tips?

Recent research has shown carbos and especially sugars to be more of a problem in diets than fats.  A lot of older diets stress "low fat" this and "low fat" that, but often the replacement is sugar (for flavor) and that is worse.  You might check in with Weight Watchers and see if they have made this change in their suggested diets, going to a low-carb diet that is less worried about dietary fat .. it can help a lot.
