It's not always so easy to find the string or to tell if you're feeling a tampon or just your cervix. If you get really concerned that you missed it and can't see anything in a hand mirror, you could go see your ob-gyn and get checked. Lost-tampon calls to the doctor are pretty normal.
insert your fingers into your vagina and feel around for the string once you grab it sch-me it out
1) Wash your hands
2) Have a feel just inside where the tampon sits with your finger
It will be there. If it is not there then it has fallen out. Your uterous is a cavity. It is like a cave. The travel up through your fallopian tubes is only tiny. There is no space for a tampon to travel.............except for out.
For a tampon to fall out you must have strained to have your bowels open.
Try not to worry. Look at the instructions in your tampon container. Regards Ali
