tampon might be stuck

i dont remeber taking my tampon out but i can not find the string what do i do?

It's not always so easy to find the string or to tell if you're feeling a tampon or just your cervix.  If you get really concerned that you missed it and can't see anything in a hand mirror, you could go see your ob-gyn and get checked.  Lost-tampon calls to the doctor are pretty normal.

insert your fingers into your vagina and feel around for the string once you grab it sch-me it out

1) Wash your hands
2) Have a feel just inside where the tampon sits with your finger
It will  be there. If it is not there then it has fallen out. Your uterous is  a cavity. It is like a cave. The travel up through your fallopian tubes is only tiny.  There is no space for a tampon to travel.............except for out.
For a tampon to fall out you must have strained to have your  bowels open.
Try not to worry.  Look at the instructions in your tampon container.  Regards Ali
