I want to get a small tattoo on my hand right next to my thumb, but i dont want to put my baby at risk of anything. I am 27 weeks and my baby is healthy as can be but again the tattoo is no where near my belly so is it safe to still get one??

No it is not sade to get any body modifications while pregnant. You are taking the risk of infection and putting your baby undred stress regarldess if its painless to you or not. Also it is ILLEGAL for a tattoo shop to give you a piercing or tattoo while pregnsnt because of the risks. And if there is a shop that will do it, my opinion then is they are probably not a clean shop and obviously not following state law. You could get hepetitis, hiv, or  staff infection. Wait till after you have the baby.
