tearing below vagina and above anus

Does anyone know what it is when the skin below your vagina and above your anus is tearing? I noticed it when I was drying off from the shower and bent down. I haven't seen my boyfriend all week so it has nothing to do with sex ... but today we reunited and had sex and it was alright. I was nervous but surprisingly when we did have sex it wasn't too painful. I don't know what this is though, why it happened, or what I should do about it. If anyone has any advice please let me know! Thank you!

No children, just 22 in relationship of nine months. I wear cotton lacy underwear. sometimes I'll have "excessive moisture" after a workout when I'm sweaty but besides that not typically. I don't exactly know if it is tearing or if it's kinda being stretched... a little brighter pink than other lips and just a bit sensitive

First of all, do you have any kids? Also, do you wear cotton underwear or experience excessive moisture in the vaginal area? You should not being having sex if you are having issues with "tearing" in your perineum until you find out why. This could cause severe infection.
