I have read all the post that you have put out and this is the best advise and comments I can give.

1. You need to tell the family, they are going to find out anyways.

2. Waiting to be seen by a doctor is only a chance your taking that might hurt you and your child. You need to be on prenatal vitamins and have regular visits.

3. Telling the family about you being pregnant can help your chances of finding a doctor that you would be able to see without having insurance.

4. You need to be seen anyways to find out how far you are along and make sure everything is going ok, you said that it has been 8 weeks from sex or period, if from intercourse then you would be but not since your period.

Over all you need to be seen by a doctor, these concerns are not going to be solved by a simple answer from one of us. Only a doctor can help you with that.

Please take that advise into consideration, I feel that is about the only way your going to be helped.

Best of luck!

Planned Parenthood will be in the phone book in San Francisco.  If you don't want to talk to your aunt, just go out shopping one day and hop a taxi and head over there.  I am quite sure you can fly early, it's just that you can't fly late (such as after 36 weeks).  Good luck with all your decisions!

you should come over to the maternal health board instead of this one.  We are a bunch of woman who are trying to get pregnant or are already pregnant.  They could help you more!!

i could be wrong but i think its ok to fly when your so early in your pregnancy! when you come back home your given free everything untill the baby is born (and loads more support after!) just go to one of the well womens centers! it must be really hard dealing with this away from home! hope everything goes well for you, good luck!
