tipped uterus and infertility

I am trying to conceive and its been almost a year now. My husband is fertile, but for some reason I havent conceived. I havent taken any birth control or used protection at all with him. But I havent even gotten a missed period. =( I was told about a year ago that I had a tipped uterus, at that time I though nothing of it, but recently I have been reading that I could be infertily due to this. I read about an excercise thats called the knee-chest rock or something close to that. Dose anyone know if it works, I want a baby soon but nothing is happening yet. Please help I would love to hear any advise or help I can get.

Thanks

Your welcome.  With my first it took 2 years and with my second 1.5 years.  I used a body pillow folded in half.  You can try the doggie position, and it true that if helps your partner get further up and the sperm farther as well.  He should be as deep as possible.  Sorry if this is to much informtion, but as he feels the need to release have him thrust into you and hold it there for a few seconds,  Then relax for a few and then pull out.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the advise!! I was wondering how long it took you to get preggo? Also I heard that using too big of pillows under my hips would make his sperm go past my uterus and up closer to my pelvis. Dose it matter about the pillow sizes? Is there any other psoitions, I heard that doggie helps his men get a little closer to my eggs. Also dose it matter how far in me he is when his men come out? Should he be as deep as possible?
Once again thank you very much for your advise I will get the pillows ready! =)

i also have a tilted uterus. it took us 6 months to convieve. timing is important too. try to have sex before you ovulate so that you have some of his swimmers in there and waiting for that egg.

I have a tilted uterus too and have had two successfull pregnanies.  It does take a little longer.  Try being on top, and when your done get off right away and put a couple of pillows under your hips for 30 minutes. This is what my dr told us to do and it worked for us.  As for the excersise I have never tried that, but it couldn't hurt.
