Based on this question does it sound like I have pid

2 years ago I was tested for chlamydia and Gonnoreah
They thought I had PID so I got tested for chlmaydia and Gonnoreah
I had a pelvic exam and also an ultrasound on my tummy
The doctor said he's 99% sure I was fine
My Gonnoreah test was negative and he nerve called me back for chlmaydia
I texted him and he said normally no news is good news but I can check again if I like
I didnt
Two yearS later I'm worried I have PID :(
Please help!!!

I haven't had sex with anyone else
Sometimes I do get some pain but I don't know if that is normal
At the moment my period is late
My periods are irregular but the come every month

Everywhere I've read on the Internet they say that PID cam be silent too
I'm so confused !

Hi there.  Pelvic inflammatory disease is something you'd have no doubt you have.  A woman is very sick with this when she has it.  It is very painful with many symptoms.  You'd know.  

Now, chlamydia is another story.  That is a silent disease in that you can have it and not know.  It does all its damage and many are unaware they have it.  However, two years later, you would probably know as you'd have infected others.

Anyway, doubtful that you have PID and if you did it would be at all related to the things that happened two years ago.  But if you are concerned you have std's it is always wise to have a full exam.  If you have symptoms of PID (which you don't state what symptoms you are having)--  make an appt. right away.  good luck
