Hi,
How are you? Were you able to see your obstetrician? Do you still experience the cramping and spotting? During the first month, vaginal bleeding or spotting can occur frequently in the first trimester of pregnancy and may not be a sign of problem. However, if  bleeding and cramping is present it is important that you  inform your doctor for proper evaluation. Diagnostic tests such as ultrasound may be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.
