vaginal rash/bumps

I went to the gyno for a full round of std tests and for her to look at these weird bumps i was experiencing. She said they were not herpes. They are mainly located on the lower part of my buttocks and go inward a little to the area between my vulva and inner thigh. They are tiny, red, and some have little white heads. I have no itching, burning, or any other symptoms. She told me to exfloiate and then apply bacitracin. It has been three days and they are not going away. I'm consumed with anxiety that they are something serious or sexually transmitted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OMG!!! I have the same problem!!! Every month when my cycle comes on I get a rash near the vaginal opening. I also believe that it is due to the maxi pads. I didn't have this problem in the past. I use zAlways pads and it does seem that the "new and improved" pads actually don't hold in moisture but make it extremely moist down there. This does not occur when I use tampons. Only with pads. But I hate using tampons ALL the time. I have not gone to the gynecologist yet either but plan to really soon!

I recently have been experiencing some weird, discomfort in my vaginal area, and it started when my significant other and I began to become intimate. We have NOT had intercourse. He's just used his fingers. However, the morning after, I started getting these bumps near my rear, inside my opening, along my opening ond on my clit. They are swollen red with white heads. After that, I started getting a yellowish discharge and now it burns to urinate. Possibly because of the bumps and a UTI. I fear it may be an STD but, I'm skeptic of it because I have not ACTUALLY been sexually active in over a year. I am taking AZO Yeast Pills but I fear it may not be enough. HELP!!!!

I, too, have been suffering from something like what you discribe for about 8 months now. Mine is bright red rash right now due to my period. I was wondering how old you are, as I think my condition might be due to me heading into the change, and so it is hormonally related. It started with a yeast infection, but then I reacted allergically to the treatment they gave me. I was told it is eczema now. It comes and goes (mostly stays around) but definately flairs up around my period. I am now trying to not use any products (all seem to irritate), I don't rub or wipe with anything, except I rinse with my perineal irrigation bottle (saved from when I had babies) with warm water with a drop of basis soap, pat it dry with a paper towel (fresh every time) & try not to scratch it. I blow it dry with a cool hairdryer once a day after showering (every day) and use gloves on my hands so as not to tear the skin up.

I have had the same thing for 5 years. I have had many tests done and doctors can't tell me what it is. I am now at the stage where they bleed.

For over nine years I have suffered from vaginal itching. I was told I had genital herpes. I started taking medication for this and was told by another Dr. that it wasn't herpes. They couldn't find anything wrong with me. I've been told that I have eczema and they can't do anything for me. I have bumps that look like small pimples with little white heads. They are mainly located on the lower part of my buttocks and go inward a little to my vulva and inner thigh. It itches, so bad that, I keep making them bleed by scratching and then, they crust. My pubic hair is growing on through the crust like an ingrown hair and it feels like I'm being stabbed. There is no foul smell. It used to stop itching when I started my period but the last 2 times I itched and it burns to urinate. I can't stand it anymore. I have tried every itching cream there is and nothing works. I need help! Can anyone shed any light on my condition?

I have something similar. I have been shaving since my first child 30 yrs ago.( daily) Recently I have had chaffing and peeling. It itches and I cant stand when the hair grows back. Now since I'm older the hair is gray(lol) and thicker. Feels like I'm being stabbed as it grows.I'm goin to a skin dr tomorrow to figure out what the heck is going on. I wondered if anyone else ever experienced this?

thats a spot where some tend to perspire. almost like a heat rash (or diaper rash..hee hee). i wear pads during the night when i have my period and get what i call just that... a diaper rash. sounds similiar. if your dr. has looked and you've been tested, you should relax. they know what they are looking for and they know what std's looks like.
have you used a new detergent? may be too "perfumey" for sensitive skin.
