vaginal squirt

is it safe to do all the time, can you get yeast infection

i too am confused. do you mean douching (cleaning out the vagina with a liquid/soap/something else substance)?  douching is really quite not friendly for the vagina, and not recommended, because they can cause yeast and other infections.

if you're referring to orgasms (sometimes women "squirt"), then yes they are quite safe.

If you are referring to douching, it is not considered to be a very good idea to do it especially all the time.  It is considered unnecessary for the vagina, and can interrupt the normal vaginal environment, which is designed by nature to stay clean without interference.
