I know how you feel, I was really depressed for a while. I seem to get an outbreak almost every month and it's very difficult, because we're trying to conceive. As soon as I get any symptoms of a lesion coming on, I put cornstarch powder on it right away, everyday, until it's gone. It doesn't seem to last as long. I've heard PEPTO BISMAL works to. Let me know if you have any other questions.

thanks for ur input. i did find out it was herpes type 2 unfortunatley.  wehn i confronted the guy hes like "oh i knew i had herpes type 2 in my mouth, i had a cold sore like 3 weeks ago but i didnt think anything of it"  what a fuckin ******* now i have contracted genital herpes from his stupidity.  he could have abstained from givin me oral sex.  i know its not all his fault but if he told me he had oral herpes then maybe i would not have let him give oral sex!!! dur, this could have been prevented. now i have genital herpes for life and he doesnt!!!! im so upset!!!  he prob has done this before or will do it again...
