none stop bleeding

Hey I've been bleeding for one month 3 weeks now, sometimes its old blood and sometimes its brighter one which its heavy flow... I have none stop cramps...they only stopped for a day and the bleeding starts again... I'm a diabetic I'm scared I don't knOw what to do... I went to the doc and he gaved me prevention pills told me to drink only the white pills, but nothing has happened I'm still bleeding even now. Pls help! What should I do I'm clueless now

go to a gynecologist and your doctor will send you to do ultrasound to check on your ovaries and why you there do a blood test and then your dr. Explain what's wrong thats what i did
