When have you last had a yearly pap test?  I had that symptom for a few months and blew it off to pre-menopause then my pap test comes back with high level precancerous cells on my cervix that need to be treated.  In surfing the internet, I found that a discharge was one of the symptoms of cervical cancer.  you know your body and what is right - a yearly pap test is very important - I get one every year and just put it off for 3 more months, and they discovered this!

Did you use any protection? Normally when you have an infection whether it be a bactiral or yeast infection (which are very common in women) you may experience burning when using the bathroom, itching, possible odor.  If you have any of these you should see a Dr.  Also just because you did not use any lubrication your body produces its own lubrication, but if it was your first time and I am guessing not so comfortable, that could be why you are sore but it should not itch. Hope this helps!

It sounds like you have an infection I would definatley go to the doctor. It is possible to pass it back and forth to you and your partner if not treated. Hope this helps.
