weird bleeding after period, worried!

Got a very weird problem, had my period as normal last month, started exactly on the right day and was a proper period, then two or three days after it finished i started getting a bit of pinky red discharge which has now turned into light bleeding every day, and which has a strong smell, not like blood but hard to explain and not a nice smell. Have no other symptoms, no pains, cramps, funny feelings etc, I feel fine but am very very stressed, could this be the reason? i know stress affects periods. Have severe money worries, have had two relationships end in a short space of time, had a miscariage two years ago and then had my baby adopted last year, don't know how much more stress i can take, I am guessing that this pressure might affect my hormones and make my periods weird?

Stress can make your period a bit crazy. But I do strongly urge to seek some medical advise maybe at a clinic? You might have cysts or fibroids and that is causing the bleeding.

Could you see a dr. or nurse  and get tested for bacterial vaginitis (which caused funky smells and discharge).? Are you 'due' for a pap smear?  Stress makes the body do weird stuff, so it could be just stress. I wish I could treat you to a check-up to give you peace of mind.
