If af was expected yesterday, you are far enough along to take an hpt.  I recommend "First Response".  I have never had an inaccurate result with it...Good Luck.  In addition, if you only had intercourse on the 11th of January, you very well were not ovulating at the time, and may not be pregnant.  Anyhow, I wish everything turns out how you want it!

How many days is your normal cycle?
For instance, mine is almost always 28 days.
Ovulation usually occurs mid way through your cycle.
I ovulate around the 14th of each cycle.

The first day of your cycle is the day that you START your period.  In addition, this would also be the LAST day of your previous cycle.  Don't mean to confuse you, and some of the ladies on here are much better at description than I am.

I was assuming that you do not have a 21 day cycle, as MOST, not all women, do not have a 21 day cycle...as this is what you would of had to have if there was a chance of you getting pg this month.  I assumed that you have an average cycle, and based on the date of intercourse, could determine whether or not you were pregnant.  If you took the hpt, and it was negative, you are not pregnant.

Remember, I was ASSUMING certain things in figuring out that you were not pg.  Hope I wasn't toooo confusing!

It seems that intercourse took place AFTER ovulation.  Are you trying to get pregnant?
