Marilynn -- just one of the many fun things that happen to the bod during pregnancy; wait until you get that line from the navel. :)
perty -- well, not my pre-pregnancy jeans, but into a pair that at least aren't maternity. (My maternity jeans hang on me and make me look like one of those old ladies with a flat butt. Very encouraging!) I didn't care if I got my old shape back quickly or not, but with the birth and probably also because of nursing, the weight has come away. Also, I've been so busy adapting to the baby's schedule that me eating as constantly as I was when pregnant just isn't happening. :) I hope you do get a boy, especially if that is what is your heart's desire, everyone says they are so much sweeter than girls! Annie
Haha yes i plan on nursing.. oh well i guess this isnt the end of the world. My boyfriend has a fun time tracing them and discovering little shapes that the veins make..so at least he enjoys them!
how sweet annie! and i bet you are back in your pre maternity pants. little augie sounds so sweet. im going to try in feb and march. i hope i get those months!! i want another little boy. i just love boys!! anyway im glad to hear things are going better. the first few days or weeks can be very frustrating. im so glad your back!
When I was up for 76 hours with a crying, dehydrated baby at the hospital, I nearly lost it, but now things seem more manageable. It snowed today here with a really icy slickness, and the town is more or less shut down, so Augie and I just ate and slept all day. Kind of snug. :)
oh annie its so nice to see you again! you still have your humor which is great!
Definitely happened to me early in pregnancy. Don't plan to pose for Playboy soon without airbrushing the photos. :)
get used to the veiny look if your planning on nursing, mine still show 11 months post pregnancy....
hmm.. alright. I have an appointment on the 23rd so i will just ask my doctor then. Thank you!
I am not sure of the cause on your arms, thighs, and sides, but getting darker veins on your chest is totally normal during pregnancy. You might want to question your doctor the next time you see him about the areas other than your chest, though.
oops sorry i left that out. yes i am.. 6 weeks
r u preggo that is usually when that happens because of your milk ducts or varicose veins.
