Unless you've had sex since your last period, there's no chance of pregnancy. It could be a stomach bug, stress, or something similar, though!
You were raped. You are scared it will happen again, thus the nausea. Any over-the-counter antacid should help. What you really need, if you are not doing so already, is to be in rape counseling so that you can learn how to cope with this memory without causing yourself further emotional pain. Blessings to you, and prayers, too - Blu
Hi there. The nausea could be totally unrelated to the event. I would see if it subsides and if it doesn't, then see your doctor.
I'm sorry you had this situation. Was it date rape? (just sounds like you knew him). I'm a firm believer in therapy in situations that leave us struggling emotionally. It doesn't necessarily have to be rape counseling but a general therapist to discuss emotions with.
peace and luck to you
As you have had 3 periods since April, and you are on the pill, the chances of you being pregnant is very remote.
The feelings of nausea may be brought on by the thought of the sickening traumatic event (psychological).
Or you may have a tummy bug. Eat light meals and drink water and juices, but avoid milk products for the time being.
If the nausea doesn't settle down within the next few days, you start to feel worse, or you feel overwhelmed by what has happened to you, then see your doctor for help.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks guys. Also, I've been having cramping and diarrhea right when I get into bed for the night. Could that be from stress?
Could be, but may be a stomach bug, or something that you have eaten.
Best wishes.
Since u got ur periods ur definitely not pregnant . Could be a stomach bug or may be psychological feeling because of this incident. Better to talk to some one , it doesn't have to therapist u can talk to someone whom u trust. That might help .. Take care
Turns out I was impacted and had to drink this nasty stuff but hopefully that's the source of nausea!
