what to do ??

I think I have a yeast infection , it comes every so often maybe once a month and it has a bad smell , how do I prevent or fix this problem without having to have a doctor examine it ?

Well if it's a yeast infection... Keep your genitals very dry cause moisture can make it worse, try to lower your sugar consume and douche with a mix of vinegar and water... Just wash that area with that mix and dry with a towel after! I'm in no way a doctor but I had a yeast infection once and those tips helped me a lot..
