when can i take a accurate pregnancy test?

I think i had implantation bleeding on may 24th-25th.i took a test that friday may29th and it came back negative.if i took one tomorrow would it be enough time to see a positive or is it too early?

Hi, I'm in a similar situation I think I had implantation bleeding on may 26-27. I have yet to take a test b/c I'm not sure if it was ib it could have just been break through bleeding for me. which I've never had or it could be from the meds I take 1500mg of metformin and 2.5mg femara on cd 3-7. My advice to you is wait for your missed period I think you tested to early. I know it's hard to do but if you had implantaion bleeding then more than likely AF will not turn up. So wait untill you've missed her and then test.
