No, you had your period at the end of january. When you are pregnant you don't get your period. It is your uterus cleaning itself out to prepare for the next time you ovualte. The first day of your period id counted as cycle day 1, typically you'l ovualte around cycle day 12-14 and a normal cycle is 28 days. So when you find out you are pregnant because you miss your period you are already at 4 weeks BUT you only actually concieved 2 week before. When they count the weeks in your pregnancy they start from cycle day 1, you are not actually pregant then, that's why its so confusing.

The first day of your period is counted as the first day of your cycle.A "normal" cycle is about 28 days, you ovualte about 14 days before you get your period, this is when you get pregnant. So you got pregnant in feburary.
***Was your last period normal in length and flow???? there is sometime a mix up with dates if someone has implantation bleeding which often happens around the time when your period (the fertialized egg implanting in the wall of the uterus)would be do,id a women counts that as her last period it would mess up the dates and at the first u/s it would be off by a month

Conception means when you got pregnant.  If your conception date was Feb. 12,  that means that's when you got pregnant.
