white spots on my nipples

I have a coil and have had it for 2 years now my periods are regular and usually quite heavy for the first couple of days. My latest period has been very light and I lost a thick lumpy brown discharge at the start of it.I have also recently got white spots on and aound my nipple which I had when I was pregnant with my little girl who is now 3. could there be any reason for these spots other than me being pregnant as I think the chances of me being pregnant are slim with the coil and my periods still present
