whitish yellow fluid coming out from nipples

I am running 21 years old girl. For quite a few days now i have been experiencing the whitish yellow fluid coming out of my right nipple and after a few days again i found the similar kind of fluid was coming out from the left nipple also. At times i feel severe pain in my breast. there is little swallings near the nipple and at the base towards the armpit of my right brast. is there any sign of cancer in the symptoms above mentioned? i had birth control pills three times 8 months ago.
please kindly help

I've heard of this before but not sure if I'm correct in my 'diagnosis'. I believe that is a sign of a few things. The first that is the most obvious to me, is pregnancy--it's called colostrum (sp?) and it's what comes out before you milk comes in. The second sign is cancer. You may want to schedule an app with your doctor either way. There is nothing 'normal' about that from what I know of.  Being that it's in both breasts is what throws me off. Generally from what I've heard of breast cancer, it occurs in one at a time but everyone is different.

If someone else has better information, please let her know. In my opinion honey, I'd def get it checked out sooner than later.  Good luck!
