wierd dull pain in right abdomen. what is it?

for about 3 days now I have had a strange dull ache in my right middle abdomen area. It comes and goes and isn't super painful. sometimes it's just a strange pressure feeling, sometimes I barely feel it and other times the dull ache gets a bit worse. it's more uncomfortable than painful. in terms of pain, I would say it's a lot less painful than period cramps. on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 being nothing- 10 being I can't move) I would put it at a solid 3 at its worst. it doesn't feel like muscle pain or a stomach ache so I don't know whats wrong with me. What could it be, should I be worried? it's in a problematic area(my stomach) so I am a little worried. anyone willing to offer any ideas on what it might be/

Could be an ovarian cyst, was your last period a little odd? Also it could be your appendix. Problems with the appendix come in chronic and 'acute,' it might have an irritation that isn't the classic presentation. You can google either thing (ovarian cyst and appendix issues) and see if the symptoms match.
