without a period can i still ovulate

if i have not had a period in 4 months can i still be ovulating? i had a test done and my doctor said i had low fsh but low enough to worry about not ovulation, so can i still get pregnant? can taking the thermometer test deal still work if i am not having a period?

Hi ladies! Had laparotomy for ectopic in Sep 2009. Right tube removed, will I still ovulate and have a period monthly or will it alternate? worried cause we r ttc

yes you can still ovulate and yes the thermometer test will still work.
