is it safe to lift my children (twin) three weeks after a c-section?

thank you. My mom only allows me to lift them sitting. so i guess i'll wait a bit more.

probably not. you just had surgery and they usually tell people not to do any lifting for about 6 weeks.

Hello and congratulations :)

If it's been 3 weeks, it should be ok.  I was advised to wait about 3 weeks after my c-section to avoid lifting anything heavier than the baby.  I'd also consult with your doctor or doctor's office just to make sure.  Good luck to you :)
