worried abou this odor

I take showers at least twice a day, and no matter what I do I feel I am sweating  in the vaginal area and giving away this fowl odor. I've tried multiple OTC deodorants, sprays, powders and nothing seems to work. I always still have an odor that I feel tends to travel. I have been tested negative for BV and other STDs multiple times, although in the past my GYN has prescribed Metro-Gel to treat BV. But after 3-4 days of completing the antibiotic course the odor returns. Am I doing something wrong? How can I make this odor go away?

hey..
thanks for the reply. I will definitely go and see a naturopathic doctor. I don't know of any in the New York - Long Island area, but anything you could help me with to solve this problem would be of great help. Thanks. email me at queen.of.***@****

thank you

I have been having the same problem.  I was told to take zinc, no more than 2 a day, and was also given natural meds for parasites.  I am also taking a supplement called GSE or grapefruit seed extract.  You can purchase all this at a health food store. ie: Hi-Health.  The parasite med is called black walnut...may make a difference in your first use..really.  She told me to take 6 capsules at once twice daily for 2 days.  The smell was gone, literally after the first dose, but you have to continually take these for some time to get rid of your parasites that may be causing your problem. Go see a naturopathic and have them check your blood.  It is harmless and inexpensive, but you can ask alot of questions.  My visit was 65.00, and was well worth it.  You may also want to look up candida on the internet.  hope this helps.  I highly recommend the black walnut.  email me back if you want.  k

If the odor goes away while you are treating yourself with antibiotics and comes back a few days after stopping, then you still have bv.  Sometimes it can be very hard to irradicate.  I would stop using the sprays and deodorants, they can cause alot more problems.
