smelly yellowish discharge

I had a Novarsure done 11 days ago & have a yellowish smelly discharge, no bleeding or pinkish color. I was told this would stop after a week. I have no abdominal pain at all. Does this mean I have an infection?

I wouldn't run to the er over yellowish discharge under any circumstances.  It seems that the dr. may already be aware of it, and is not concerned.  I wouldn't worry.
