Double Jaw Surgery - double Maxillary Osteotomy

On the 18th December 2012 I had a double Maxillary Osteotomy as a result of Condylar Hyperplasia. I have decided to write a diary of events after the operation to help and guide people that are embarking on the same journey as me.
